Your keys, your consent

Security and your data
Cobar reads the services you connect. Here is what it reads, where that lives, who can see it and how to take it back.
Each account connects with its own key or Google consent, and Cobar asks only for the access the work needs.
Cobar stores connection credentials to use the services you authorize. Workspace roles govern access to your work.
Each client is its own workspace. An agency sees only its own clients; a client sees only their own work.
Publishing, sending and spending are human clicks, and the record shows who clicked.
Cobar sends task context to Anthropic, OpenAI and Google through their APIs. The privacy policy lists the services used to provide Cobar.
Disconnect a service from an account. Shared sign-ins can remain available to other accounts; revoking access at the provider is a separate step.
The Google data Cobar can access depends on the services you connect. Connections can cover Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Business Profile, Gmail and Calendar. Drive connections can create documents or import meeting notes from selected folders. Permissions vary by connection and can allow changes as well as reading.
Google data is used to provide the work you request. Cobar does not itself use connected Google data for advertising or model training. The privacy policy describes processing by service providers.
Cobar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Read the privacy policy ↗Wallaroo Media staff who operate Cobar can reach data to run the service, keep it secure, or help when you ask.
Disconnect a service from its account page. A shared sign-in may remain available to other accounts. Use the provider's own permissions settings to revoke Cobar's access at the provider.
